From your Android device’s home page, locate and select the Play Store app.
Inside the Play Store app, type “Microsoft Teams” in the search box at the top of the app (1), then select the Microsoft Teams option when it appears below (2).

When the Microsoft Teams app page appears in the Play Store, click on the Install Button. This will trigger the download and installation process for the app, which may take a few minutes to complete depending on the quality of your wireless connection and the capacity and capabilities of your device.
Once the application has completed the installation process, an Open Button will appear on screen. Click it to open Teams.
The opening screen for Teams will appear. To get started, type in your Email Address (3) (not your phone number), and then click the Sign In Button (4).
When prompted about what type of account you wish to create, select the Work Or School option.
When prompted, enter your password (5) and click the Sign In Button (6). Please use your email address as user name (FirstName.LastName@costi.org).
You should now see a Teams icon on your Android phone’s home page, usually on the final page (as well as an icon for the “Company Portal”), as shown below. You have completed the installation process and should now be able to use the app accordingly.
