Outlook password pop-up

As COSTI's mail services are being migrated to Office 365, your Outlook will require that you provide a new set of credentials once your mailbox is moved to the cloud.

 

Once your mailbox is migrated you will notice a login pop-up. When this happens, please close your Outlook, wait for ten seconds, then start it again. When the pop-up shows up again, please login again using your email address (firstname.lastname@costi.org) instead of COSTI\username. Please use your COSTI password as it remains the same.

 

If the authentication doesn’t go through, please try the following in the order as listed:

  • Make sure your Caps Lock is not on, and that you typed your password correctly;
  • Reboot your computer, start Outlook and try again when the authentication pop-up shows up;
  • Submit a ticket at https://support.costi.ca, and Wojtek or Tom will help you login for the first time.
