The simplest method of additional login authentication (the “second factor”) is Microsoft Authenticator app that needs to be installed on your smartphone.

Please install it on your smartphone immediately.

1. Google Android. On your Android device, go to Google Play to download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app.
2. Apple iOS. On your Apple iOS device, go to the App Store to download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Once you have installed the Authenticator, you will need to set up the Authenticator. Please watch the video carefully, instructions are simple and detailed. Do note that you will need both your computer AND the smartphone to complete the setup.
