1. Locate the email with the meeting invitation and click on the link
2. Click on the Launch Meeting button.
3. When you click on the Launch Meeting button an additional link will show up.
Click on Join from Your browser link.
4. Type your name the way you want it to appear on the Meeting and click on Join button.
5. If you want to be able to use your microphone and speakers,
you need to click on Join Audio by Computer button
you need to click on Join Audio by Computer button
6. You are now connected to the meeting and are able to view presentations and chat
