When several staff members collaborate on a document, it may happen that some useful content is deleted or altered. Rather than trying to manually "fix" the latest changes, the document can be restored to a version saved before the undesirable changes were made. Here is how: 1. Open the document in the Team, and click on the three dots next to the document name: 2. When the SharePoint opens in your browser, click again on the three dots next to the document name, then select Version History from the drop-down menu: 3. In the pop-up window listing all restorable versions of the document, find the version saved before the undesirable changes were made. Mouse-over, click on the drop-down triangle, and select the Restore option: 4. Click OK on the following pop-up: The selected version is now set up as the current version. Close the SharePoint page and continue working from the Teams as usual. |
