12. What if I need to change something after submitting my ticket?

When you submit a ticket, you will receive an email containing a ticket number and the link to your ticket in the system. You can access this link to update the ticket at any time.  

Additionally, upon login to the ticketing system, you will be able to see all your current and past tickets, giving you the access to modify your tickets’ content from there as well.
