How to make calls using MS Teams Phone: -

1. Open the Teams Desktop App

• Launch Microsoft Teams.

2. Go to the ‘Calls’ Tab

• On the left sidebar, click on the 📞 Calls icon.

3. Use the Dial Pad

• You'll see a dial pad.
• Use your mouse or keyboard to enter a phone number.
• Alternatively, use the search bar to find a contact by name.

4. Make a Call

• After entering a number or selecting a contact, click the Call button (phone icon) and it will start calling: -
