How to record your personal greetings in MS Teams telephony: -

Personal greetings can be set by either recording a voice message or typing greeting message. Follow the steps below to record your greeting in the Teams app:

1.Click on three dots à settings: -

2. Click on calls and click on Record a greeting to voice greetings or you can type greeting message as shown below: -
