IT Department is happy to introduce the new phone system at COSTI: VoIP is gone, and MS Teams Telephony is here. Each COSTI device is now a phone unit as well. No more need to use your personal phone number, as each device (computer, laptop, iPhone, Android phone) is both a phone device and a softphone.
